Played this game on Xbox 360 back in the day, it was pretty fun to pick this game up again during the Steam 2016 Summer Sale!

It's a low-tier version of Grand Theft Auto but I feel as though this game doesn't go for realism, but fun. And fun it is!

Played for a solid hour and-a-half to get a feel of the game. It's not bad, but the game is somewhat tedious and as a few have mentioned in their reviews:

-The in-game time moves way too fast and has no controls
-It has a Sims feel to it mixed with a Tycoon
-It has interesting various events

I would recommend, but only during sale. Personally, I wouldn't get a refund for this game because it is rather interesting, but it definitely needs to be worked on. I would love to see achievements and possibly a workshop for custom items!

Very simple and entertaining game. With controller support, it can be a simple pass-and-play game with friends. Also fun to make your own levels and try to beat your friends' records.

Supports all types on controllers, the game is also very fun with a controller as well. I personally tested Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Dualshock controllers. I also tested Rock Candy controllers and the game supports it very well!

With the huge success of Euro Truck Simulator 2, I made the critical decision of buying this game. In this review I will tell you why I hesitated, as well as good and bad things about the game.

I initially hesitated to buy the game because it literally looked like a clone of Euro Truck Simulator 2, as if America was supposed to be a DLC, not it's own game. Despite this, I still bought it to give it the benefit of the doubt.

The game graphics are fantastic and the roads feel slightly wider, making it rather easier to turn. If you played Euro Truck Simulator 2, you know how narrow European roads are!

I love this feature, for some reason. You can turn right on a red signal! I know it's small but it's a traffic law that was ignored in Euro Truck Simuator 2. How many times have you been stuck at a red light, wanting to turn right and there are NO cars coming and you just want to go?

You can also discover cities without actually entering them! A few basic routes fall right on a road leading to cities and you can discover them without actually entering the city.

The speedtraps in this game are very difficult to manage. Speeds on roads will drop very suddenly without warning, causing speeding tickets. The AI usually slam on the brakes so fast that it's easy to rear-end people.

The UI in this game is exactly the same. From the main screen to your navigator, they didn't change anything except a few minor tweaks. They also changed a few icons on your map. I personally think this should've been looked into a little more, considering you're paying for a new game, it should have something different about it!

Only two trucks exist in the game right now, Peterbilt 579 and Kenworth T680. SCS has a reasonable excuse for this, because they need to have legal rights to these brands in order to release them in the game. They are definitely going to release more brands, it's only a matter of time! I'm excited to see how the Kenworth T900 will turn out, that truck is a beauty!

There are only 2 states to start, California and Nevada. Arizona is expected to be released as free DLC, but how many states will be released as free DLC before SCS decides to release a DLC that you need to pay for?

You can now park your vehicles in multiple different spaces to increase your XP gains for parking. I think this is a good adaptation for those who are NOT good at parking trailers and those who are good.

A few things I wish the game had:
1. Driving School - I think adding a driving school would be a better way instead of a "Tutorial".
2. Real Cops - The game would feel much more immersive if you actually needed to pull-over in order to receive a ticket, and you would be penalized more if you didn't pull over.

Would I recommend this game?
Personally I would recommend this game, but if you are not one to wait for new content to be released, I would recommend waiting to buy the game until more DLC is released.

Simply beautiful.

When I played Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas I used to drive around with the transport trucks pretending to deliver cargo to different locations. I heard about this game but never tried it, until last week. I downloaded the game, which was under 3GB, and I couldn't believe the fun I am having on this game!

The game is surrounded by a strong, friendly community such as Euro Truck Radio, with live DJs, free ads to streamers and VTCs. I personally think an outlet like this in the game is truly amazing to collaborate, I can't wait to see if American Truck Simulator will have the same outlet!

Storyline is smooth, lots of quests and extras! Even unlocked Shadowmere, a black horse with red eyes, and his health is way high! I also played this game on the Xbox 360 without the Legendary Edition and it was really fun, but I appreciate the fact that you can create your own arrows and find more loot on the ground with the Legendary Edition.

I also enjoy the console feature, so I can create a seperate profile and mess about, spawning items.

Lots of mods to make the game better, such as a giant MLP as a dragon.

Reminds me of Runescape!

Gameplay is nice until the final boss, Garruk. Final boss was rigged for the advantage no matter what deck you play. You also have to defeat him twice, which I can defeat him once but the second time, his deck is too OP, especially with the terrible deck shuffle, you get a horrible disadvantage.

I even took the liberty of building professional decks from tournaments and my own personal deck. You either have absolutely no mana, bad card lineup or Garruk spawns his cards too fast. I defeated Garruk the first time so much I know his lineup inside-out.

Gate > Land, Search for Forest > Land, Garruk's Companion > Land, 4/4 Beast > Land, Enchantment

The game occasionally glitches, and the opponent will only place lands down, no creatures enchantments or instants. Garruk also seems to find a way of getting past my Blue/White flying deck, and my own personal Beast deck with Garruk's Companions and Advocate of the Beast.

For $1.99 you can buy virtual trading cards for the game. This is way overpriced and the cards are terrible, you rarely receive any relevant cards that can boost your deck. Most cards are repeated until you have (4) and then goes on to the next bad card.

You can also buy collections for $4.99, and I didn't receive any good cards from that either. All purchases in this game are a complete rip-off, just like GTA Money in GTA 5.

The creators developed a good game, but should patch Garruk to have the same chance of getting cards as you do. The game is rigged from the beginning, I was able to defeat everyone in the story mode except Garruk.

I no longer play this game, the engine that shuffles your cards are horrible, I would much rather play with real cards, and buy real cards to physically posess and not disappear when I delete my savedata.

If you like rogue-likes and don't mind simple graphics, this game is fantastic! Heard about it from a buddy and decided to try it. This game is even more fun with friends, so much to do, with lots of items!
