I play this a lot with friends since the relaunch, and it is enjoyable. The world is immersive; it is lovely to look at, the quests are fun, some quests are very interesting, everything is voiced, sounds are immersive, there are constant events, and there appears to be no grind, something I can't stand about other MMOs.

I like that character building is very fluid, and you can buy and decorate your house in any town you like. There is PVP action if you want it, but it's also easily avoided if you don't. Plus, once you own this game, there is no need to spend any more money on it if you don't wish. That being said, you definitely can spend more money on cosmetics if you fancy.

UPDATE:
I've been reading a lot of reviews from other players, both positive and negative. I would like to add that I am not a hardcore MMO gamer because their repetitive grind was a killer of the genre for me, (New World has been different). I don't get super twisted up and incel-like over the anal. Some of the reviews seem to be inaccurate, plain bitter lies, or ill-informed, as the features often complained about are their bad internet, PCs or features that correspond with every other MMO. Ultimately, I play it because I enjoy it. I find it enjoyable and challenging, that's what I'm looking for. Solo and with friends, there is plenty to do and discover with constantly new way of doing things as you level and new reasons too.

I do have some downsides, however. A graphical glitch (flashing) in Everfall is awful and it's taking a long time to get fixed. Some menus are tricky to navigate; they look lovely but a bit "all over the place" when looking for information specifically related to crafting.

I'd like if there were more activities that I could do inside my home and I would like an option to change how my character looks, even if it is time-limited (as in once a month) or even if it cost a little real money. The option would be nice.

If you are a more relaxed person, with no sticks up arses and want something to sink your teeth into with Skyrim vibes and ease of picking up and putting down, then New World might be worth a try.

I really enjoy this game, from its quirky art style and humour to its complexity and fun gameplay. Worth every penny.

Great game. Easy to learn, hard to master with replay ability. Lovely graphics, peaceful music and amazing ambience. A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable puzzle game.

I enjoyed the demo and knew I would be playing after the release. I haven't experienced any bugs and have found News Tower easy to learn, but the game does get challenging the further you spread across New York. The music, artwork and humour are all on point.

It is a pleasure to get back into this classic. This is a faithful and respectful remake that will have me playing this version over the original from now on. The game offers hundreds of hours of gameplay, and the devs are very responsive, making it worth its cost and then some.

I love the game, but myself and a bunch of friends bought the game only to find that multiplayer for 3 & 4 players doesn't work.

We spent an hour trying different ways. We all have internet speeds from 150-900mb up and down, but failed every time. In the end, for my stream, it was always me and one other, and each hour I swapped out who I was playing with.

It was utterly ridiculous. Many people in my community, including myself, have wasted much money on this game.

Fix multiplayer!

I was really pleased to see a single campus that had more going on, rather than having three campuses of the same feel. This single campus is MUCH more challenging than any single campus from previous DLC, and comes with cool "boss battle" type elements never seen in TPC or TPH before.There were a wealth of new items, the set design for the campus was mind bogglingly good and creepy, and the two student types, especially the School Spirits ones, felt really unique compared to previous.The challenge level that came with it has been super challenging and chatting with the community about strats for it has been fun.With a reduced price tag, more challenge than the previous DLC (at least in my opinion as I find TPC much easier in general than TPH which has been a bit of a sad thing for me) this has been refreshing. A new take on something that has been rehashed many times, that actually felt more difficult and interesting than previous campsuses.

This is a truly terrible DLC. This DLC brings nothing new to the game except disappointment. I see a bunch of people who left positive feedback the second it was released saying to buy it just to support the devs. No, that is absurd behaviour. Unconditional love is actually a bad thing and prevents you from being to make rational, logical choices and results in bad decision making.

Project Hospital has always suffered from extremely poor game design and while there is much I do enjoy about this game, this DLC is a perfect example of everything bad about Oxymoron games.

WHAT THE DLC SHOULD HAVE BEEN
=============================
Department of Infectious Diseases says it all. We were expecting a DLC that explored highly contagious illnesses spreading across your hospitals causing mass problems. Bringing a whole new aspect to the gameplay, a new challenge on keeping the hospital and those inside of it safe, being able to take action as you see fit as a player to protect your staff by controlling areas of your choosing to wear protective gear and the like. Sounds like a really cool DLC.

WHAT WE GOT
============
* CONTAGIONS SPREADING - Or NOT as the case seems to be!
A mod, basically. Not a single bit of new gameplay. The department is no different from any of the others, just new illnesses listed. After much testing I found you can't spread contagions easily and they ONLY spread in a single room to only staff that are nearby. Once it has spread, the game instantly tells you and automatically makes all staff in the entire hospital wear masks and gloves. Taking all control of action away from the player and preventing it to actually spread anywhere and cause any real issues. Infected staff just walk slowly for two days. You'll get 3 staff infected at most.

I placed highly contagious patients on other departments, never spread, made them take unnecessary tests so they walked all over the hospital, didn't spread. Sample handling isn't a risk, as you can't even direct techs to protect themselves. Left contagious patients for days in Trauma, nobody was infected. It only spreads if a contagious patient is placed on the regular ward of the Infectious Diseases department.

* ITEMS
Isolation Rooms: We get some new items in this DLC, none of which do anything. They are all decorative, INCLUDING the wall items for the Isolation Wards. The Isolation Wards don't actually need to be isolated, you don't have to build walls. But it is okay, because the contagions don't spread anyway.

Isolation walls and doors: These wall items are so bad. They don't span the full height of the room and the airlock door never closes. Because they are items, they also take up a lot of floor space preventing items going near the walls inside the room.

Corner Cabinet: Great idea, really like it. However, the cabinet still functions like a normal cabinet, meaning any items you place to the left or right of it, (I forget which side), is blocked and unusable. They literally took the original cabinet, changed the way it looked but didn't code it to be used as a corner cabinet. All they needed to do was use the plant coding, so you can place cabinets left and right of it and still be able to use the items placed on those cabinets.

CONCLUSION
===========
It seems apparent to me that they simply couldn't be bothered to code ANYTHING new for the DLC. It is no better or worse than mods you can download from the workshop. This is a cheap DLC and STILL not worth a penny. It is shockingly bad.

This is an honest and rational review that isn't covered in fanboy/girl love. I enjoy Project Hospital, I've played hundreds of hours of it, but this DLC is bin fodder.

UPDATE
=======
My trauma department came to a grinding halt when I made it a biohazard area. The rooms stopped functioning. Proof that this DLC will not function or have an affect on other departments in the hospital.

There is so much I enjoy but there are also elements I don't enjoy. The good is the detail and great selection of aquatic life you can keep. The puzzle of how to keep a nice selection living together in a healthy and safe manner is also tricky but fun. Arranging talks, managing the equipment and staff is great. However, the UI has some unusual elements that can make it tricky and sometimes aggravating to use. There is a lot of clipping and some graphical glitches to content with and some bizarre quirks that just make aspects of the game unfinished, like being able to scroll so far you completely lose your aquarium on the screen. This shouldn't be resolved with a random 'home' but rather the space should grow with your aquarium.

That being said it is (at time of writing) being actively supported and updated and the updates have been good. Overall I recommend this game but not a full price. I healthy sale is the time to pick up this title.

Played for over 100 hundreds hours and while I very much enjoyed playing it I think it is fair to say there was things I didn't enjoy, at all. Let's Peep At Stardew Valley!

THE BAD
* Not relaxing, in anyway. Stressful, extremely stressful! I thought this game was going to be calm, relaxing, laid back and fun to play. I couldn't have been more wrong. I personally found, to get the most out of this game, to get the Statue of Perfection at the end of the two year mark, I needed to know plenty of spoilers, read the wiki loads and plan every day and every season, AND THEN, try to play it to the letter. Which I couldn't do! I never could get everything done I needed and it made the game, almost throughout, extremely stressful and unenjoyable.

To enjoy this in a relaxed manner you have to not really care that much about the outcome of things, which defeats the point of playing a game in my mind.

* Fishing. I love fishing in games, especially WoW, but the fishing in this game, for me at least, was mind numbingly boring and rage inducing, even headache inducing, I mean even more annoying than actually fishing. I'm not sure I really mean that about actual fishing, I'm just getting salty, but I DEFINITELY mean it about SDV fishing.

While this is a fairly short bad list, it is a pretty damn strong one. I mean I pretty much say I hate the whole mechanic of the game, but stay with me on this.

THE GOOD
Pretty much EVERYTHING else:
- Art style, love it!
- Music and sounds, love it!
- Tons to do, I mean just SO much content it is insane. Loads of hiddens, stories, characters, depth, lore, vibrant, oh jeez just so much going on. So much thought, consideration and love for every aspect of the game. It is clearly a labour of love, anyone can see that. And not a minute was wasted.
- Quality. So smooth and glitch free you would think a team of long term professionals worked on this title. No, just one guy with a whole lot of love and passion for his craft and game.
- Constantly adding! Not only is new content always being worked on and added to add a richness to the world but also multiplayer! A multiplayer that had to be retro fitted! No easy task, in fact damn near impossible I would have thought, so yes it was a long wait and took much longer than expected, but ALL good things take time and are totally worth waiting for. I rather it takes a long time then it ruin a game. So you know it will be implemented with respect to the main game.
-Diversity. I just can't get over how much is in this game, how much you can do, find and get involved with and every aspect has such incredible depth that it allows for different play styles, artistic types, min/maxers, story lovers, sim lovers, combat/mining lovers, puzzle, time management lovers and more. They ALL have something in this game for them.

CONCLUSION
Does the Good outweigh the Bad? Hell yes!
Is it worth the price tag? 100%

I highly recommend this game, and after one (extremely long) series on my channel, I WILL be coming back for a second series. But just know, I wouldn't call it 'relaxing'.
