I love everything from the Devcats, but this one is so far the best! Lots and lots of cats to find and when I first encountered the cat choir singing I immediately had to stop and tell my friends about this cute game. One of the few things that still manage to genuinely put a smile on my face.

The Helldiver's courage to stand up and defeat Sony Headquarters inspired me to enlist. I'm doing my part!

Every few years I like to revisit this title only to see it is still in Early Access. And yet the Devs have the gall to ask an extra five bucks for a stupid hat DLC. Avoid the whole studio.

A bunch of time travelling cats decided to fix the past and now there's cats everywhere. Sounds perfect, but we still need to find and bring them home.

Very cute cat game made with love, like we've come to expect from the Devcats. And it comes for free with a very reasonably priced DLC!


Only minus: The music loops are kind of short
and I haven't found a Meowlybius cabinet yet. Nevermind, found it!

I had a bad feeling when the cat was injured the first time. Then it was murdered. The injury scene was also unnecessarily drawn out and for the author animal abuse is clearly just a plot device that has the weight of "Oh well, my cat is dead but we are happy now so who cares".
There even is a gallery picture for it, just in case you enjoyed looking at the strangled cat and really want to do it again.

There's also a weird and out-of-place propaganda-feeling scene where they go on a date and can not help but make condescending comments about a beggar, because "he chose to rely on other's mercy instead of going to work". Because clearly the only problem the homeless have is laziness.

Just no.

This is the best of the Hidden Object games by Devcats so far! It has all of their staples: cute hidden cats to find, a small story and even some surprise elements.

It is clear lots of love went into this and I really enjoyed my time in the castle. Playtime is about 1,5 hours (a bit more for trading cards) and the price is reasonable. It can probably be played with children, just keep in mind there are very mild spooky elements.

Only gripe is that some of the artstyle isn't consistent and clashes a bit. Otherwise 100% recommend!

This is one of the games that need a middle option. It is very cute and clearly made with love, and once you get far enough it's nice to build and decorate your garden, but it takes a long time to get there and the beginning feels like a drag. You have to sit there and stare at the screen, clicking on coins and various debris trying to make enough money to get a butterfly and enable some kind of automation for way too long. Starting out would be nicer if the bunnies generated at least a tiny bit of money without you paying attention.
After you get over that first hump it becomes a cute idler and park decoration game.

There are some technical issues as well. The camera movement can be weird to get used to, you can only move in one direction at once. If you click too fast the camera just stops.
The butterflies often flock to one object and ignore others or get stuck. As time went on almost all of my bunnies went to one small section of the garden and stayed there in a clump with most of the golden and cozy butterflies, leaving the entire rest of the park empty.

However, the game is not expensive and if you can overlook the starting issues you might still want to give it a try!

Just like the first game there's nine scenes with hidden cats drawn in an adorable artstyle. This one felt a bit easier than the previous, but the drawings were funnier and some of the cats got a chuckle out of me.

Getting all the achievements is easy as well, even if finding a thousand cats sounds like a lot at first, I played each level maybe three times and got them all without problems.

Very cute game to kill a few minutes. There are nine scenes with hidden cats that switch around a bit so there is variation even when you play a level the second time. I'm pretty sure I still saw new unique cats even after getting the achievement for finding them all.

The achievements are easy to get, most should be unlocked after a second playthrough.

This is what the "100 Hidden ..." games are trying to be.

Now not only uses Easy Anti Cheat but also requires an Epic Account to play. As a paying customer you can no longer play if you aren't willing to support this.
Also doesn't want to start anymore after the update ("Game files are missing, please verify the integrity of game files", even after verufying).
