The tone of this games is all over the place, and the game goes insane at the end. Buuuuut you get to fight Philosophical, capitalist, cyborb terrorists who are trying to bring the world back to the GOOD OL' DAY AFTER 911.

Not a bad game, just a terrible port. It is faaaarrrrr easier to emulate the PS2 version, and it looks better too.
