Turbo Fat happens to be a delightful quadmino puzzler game. Genuinely.

Decent enough idle game. The immediate gameplay is very unique but the systems could use more flavor/unique features. The music could be improved upon, but I found it funny more than anything. (I still wanted to turn it off though. The main music loop is too short.) The visuals are pretty nice, the desk shadows were very nice and I liked looking at the inside of the ship. Two bot sounds (The third and fifth come to mind) did grate on me and I had to mute the space sounds at some point during my playthrough.
A lot of essences feel the same and the ones that do stand out are hard to obtain due to the implementation. Pisces and Cancer essence comes to mind, Cancer essence is just slow to start and takes maybe 20 minutes to properly automate on your first go but is incredibly high maintenance without a certain boost that makes using it easier (I always had it on. Cancer needs to be changed) and farming the essence is a bad experience without the fourth bot which should be available to you as soon as you unlock the essence, basically. Pisces essence is miserable without a lot of blobs on the screen, as the bot that gets you Picses essence is wholly uninfluencable and moves randomly in a circle, rather than seeking out blobs like the Chaser bot does.
Obviously these are only initial humps that cause these sorts of issues, but the AI of the Chaser and the third bot make certain missions incredibly difficult and I found myself frustrated with a few missions that felt particularly grindy, specific or just way too much work (I still got all of them though, if begrudgingly.)

The mode you unlock for winning is interesting and does have proper acomodations for the changes it makes, but it is exponentially longer than the first playthrough, at least in the early game with no way to earn essences quickly. The game does not want to seem to do idle things unless I put it in the sleep mode, and I found that tabbing between this game and Steam would crash the webhelper part of Steam. Only this game does this.

Still, I did have fun if it was a little rough in spots.

game about breaking the game. you literally cannot win runs unless you are taking advantage of retriggers and exploiting item synergies

Dreams of Aether is a FANTASTIC microgame collection, with the main story being 30 minutes if you don't fail any of the stages. It took me 2 hours to get all the achievements and I imagine it might take 12 to get all the stars, whatever doing that gets you.

Highly reccomend it!! It has my favorite silly beast of 2025

its kind of a pitiful amount of items. you can get these items in 10 minutes or less..
the barrel bombs are nice enough at least, i guess

REPO is infact, not slop, and as it turns out, a very well designed next step in the.. god, what do you even label this as. lethal-like genre? whatever.

I personally got bored past 6400 meters. I already had a fully set up mining situation, but setting up a second one was too expensive.
