I can't recommend in it's current state.

H1Z1 needs some work. It has more than a few bugs. A ton of content needs to be added. The freemium model still needs to be ironed out. Plus a good amount of balancing needs to take place.

All that being said, I've genuinely enjoyed my time with H1Z1. It can be tough to pick up and play. The learning curve is pretty steep and playing in a fully PVP environment can make it all the more frustrating.

All those obstacles only make the game more rewarding, and truly fun.

If you want to wait for this game to be released no one would blame you. I have plenty of games in my library I regret buying. H1Z1 is not one of those games. I feel I've already got my money's worth from this game. If you've got a couple friends to play with it only makes the experience more entertaining.

If anyone is looking for what to expect, I've edited my first few hours down to about five minutes.
