PS2 STYLE RACING GAME RELEASED IN 2025 I LOVE YOU!!!

If you do not have some absolutely insane pc you will NOT be able to run this above 60 fps at all times. This is a big enough red flag to not buy a game (It is 2023!). I am absolutely fine with Bethesda jank and everything that comes with that. I am not fine with a game that I cannot run past a solid 40 fps. On top of that the main quest was ALREADY insanely boring to me. I feel as this game was advertised as letting you be able to do whatever you want, which is always a lie but from what I have seen that is nowhere even close to the case. I am sure mods will fix anything wrong with this game but that should not be a selling point of a game. When I have played the game for less than 2 hours and I have come across a plethora of bugs that range from annoying to game breaking and unplayable it's just not something I can swallow spending $70 for and my ass preordered Cyberpunk and the $100 edition of Black Ops 4 and didn't refund them.

I seriously cannot understand why the reviews and ratings for this game are so high when it's borderline unplayable.
