给打不过骨灰难度的各位一个利用游戏特性的过关技巧
开局先削减� �武削减完成后立刻开始发展科技（务必在其他国家完全削减完成前发展好第一个科技点，不然会触发真和平结局）（且期间不能生产武器，扩� ）。这� �做会让其他国家进入挂机状态，等两个超级武器都完成后（推荐渗透者和镭弹）开始扩� 地区，此时� 会发现只有1-2个国家会开始发展而其他国家完全挂机，使用超级武器将活动的国家歼灭，然后慢慢收拾其他挂机的国家就可以获胜了
