For the first few hours I felt extremely dumb and I thought I was just walking in circles, trying to piece together information, so I could at least say I've tried... Until I realised that is exactly what you're supposed to do in this game.
Then, figuring stuff out on your own and connecting the dots (in this case your shiplog displays all the info you've already gathered coherently) felt extremely rewarding and exciting.
Probably one of the best games I've ever played (like every other review is saying).

Fun tactical gameplay, just how I like it. I got cooked on Iron Mutant and will have to start over but that's just my own fault, so definitely wouldn't recommend for a first playthrough.

amazing game fusing colony builder and roguelike into one, had a lot of fun playing it and would recommend it to anyone who thinks about getting it.

I am absolutely terrified of extraterrestrial beings but I absolutely loved every bit of tension and fear this game offered me.

Extremely good story, with extremely well-written characters and absolutely beautiful graphics. One of the best story-driven games I've ever played.

I really, REALLY like the gameplay. The balance seems alright, especially for a game that's been released in Early Access not too long ago. I just hope the majority of people who try it for the first time acknowledge the potential of the game in its current state and that it undoubtedly will get a lot of tweaks to make sure everyone who plays it is having a good time.
