I bought the whole 'We Were Here' franchise because of someone I was very fond of. This game strengthened our communication and teamwork with each other. The game captured my attention and made me want to complete the four game journey with her, as partners. However, we we're only able to play the first game before she vanished from my life. Memories are flooding back to me as I write this. They remind me of everything we used to be. I never imagined this relationship would end, even when things got tough. I thought we could mend our broken hearts. I ask the stars if everything is going to be okay. I ask the stars and the dark night, “Where is your love?” I’d have to learn to stare at an empty sky if all the stars faded away. I’m looking for a piece of myself you didn’t take, a piece of myself you didn’t touch. I’ll have to revisit the past to be happy again. Keep every memory for as long as it lasts, to reflect on how I used to feel, to remember as if they were real. Even though it’s over, I’ll have to pretend because everything good has to come to an end. Even though this game may not have made us as strong as I thought it would, I believe it is a game that, if played by the right two people, can create memories that will last a lifetime.

I downloaded 'Garfield Kart' at point in my life where I didn't know what was in store for the future. I was lost. I didn't know who I was. But, after I loaded into my first race and used the lasagna boost to earn first place by a hair, I found out my purpose, my destiny, my reason for living. I found out who I was. 'Garfield Kart' is more than a video game for me, it is my life. I owe everything to it. Please play this game, it made me into the man I am today.
