1. Click on the world you want to play on.
2. Click the forest tab.
3. Set the "Events" button to be on 'Auto'.
As long as its set to auto, whenever theres a steam event going on, this world will automatically activate whatever specific event is going on steam at that time. This option also ends the event if the event on steam also ends.
If you dont want to wait, you can scroll down in the forest tab and set whatever event you want to 'Always'. This forces the event to happen forever on the server and this even lets you have multiple events going on at the same time.
I also ask that you delete your comment on the dst discussion page. It doesnt belong there when that place is for talking about the update.
If you do have questions, underneath a games big play button is a "discussions" tab. Thats where you are supposed to go to ask "how to" or 'technical' questions. Not on updates/news pages.
