The first 10 seconds of entering the world, you already feel apart of it and you know it's gonna be a great game. The environment was so well done. I was mind blown when i could lift the antenna on a radio, shake a box of matches near my ear to hear them jostle around and draw/erase on a nearby window with markers - all in the first room.

The few puzzles I've done have been nothing short of refreshing. They're interactive but not overly annoying, they can make you think for a second and i felt like, even if it was a menial task, i accomplished something.

I really can't believe the game has been around this long, but then again, when i play it - i love every minute.

The game had such promise, instead of a small dev team working on the dayz-mod rocket was able to get the full support of bohemia onto this. However, update after update the game has literally not changed at all. It still runs slower than a kid in a wheelchair. Sure, they're adding new animations and uh.. new animations.. oh and some more new animations but the game needs more than..new animations.

For a zombie surival game, there are no zombies. You really just spawn into one of two scenarios, you have no one around you and you're free to loot because there's no zombies. The second scenario is you spawn in and immediately get shot because there's nothing else to do in this game besides camp spawns.

Too many promises, too little results. Another flop.
