This game is outstanding. I've spent summers deep in this game with friends creating memories that will last forever. The community is amazing, when it comes to modding and help keep this game alive when the developers are away. It has its bugs from time to time but nothing game breaking and can be quickly fixed when your relaunch the game. I will always recommend this game to friends and i hope to see the development team come back and keep adding more content.

It's really, really pretty, and i love total war, but when i play this i feel dumb. 10/10 would get bonked by the bois again.

Alright, so Shogun 2 over all is a great game. Graphics don't quite hold as its older, but it still looks amazing as compared to games like Total War: Empire.

Pro's
-Good UI
-Alright Graphics
-Amazing Sound Track
-Combat is better then most total wars (save for naval)

Con's
-sometimes units move into weird formations on there own.
-can bug out sometimes, but nothing game breaking.
-Rise of the samurai is bad
-naval combat is buggy

Overall this game really holds up and is a hidden gem of total wars. If you do get this i highly recommend you also grab Fall of the Samurai DLC as it really adds more fun and better naval.

Okay, so i have only played a bit of the game so far and for the most part i can say it's decent and solid for the most part. From the reviews i've seen so far they should have added more to the base version of the game instead of make what should have already been in a DLC. Anyways over all the game is challenging and a nice take on the Civilization series and offers a new way to build your Civ along with new ways to win and develope.
