To anyone who is considering getting this game now, so many years after it was released: GET IT, without hesitation! =)

Slightly negative (but only before you get used to it):
In the normal base game you will not have an alternative to use health potions (as in many other games), instead you need to rely on finding healing items in the world around you.

Positive:
Everything. Honestly, yea..... The story line is a masterpiece, to say the least.
The atmosphere in this game cannot be described well enough to ever make it justice. There is something impressive about one moment jamming hooks into someone's brain and make their head explode, and then the next moment be in awe because of the gorgeous areas you venture through.

If you haven't already given this game a chance, now is the time to do so. It is so increadibly well made and brings you along on a crazy journey that will likely give you chills. Even though the game itself is more of a puzzle game, the fighting is surprisingly challanging

Keep in mind that kicking will make shields almost harmless(!), and ignore the fact that you cannot skip videos or spacebar-jump at any point during the game. And if you don't mind potential spoilers I would recommend that you find a good guide on where all the runes are located, finding all of them should leave you at 14/14 achievements when you have finished the game. (If you skip any runes you will be left at 13/14 achievements completed - but can re-play specific chapters directly from the menu.)

Oh, and, "Please don't go" will be repeating in your head for some time to come. Enjoy! ;)
