The only reason to play this game is if you're too poor to afford anything else, as you can pretty well turn it into whatever you want-- the only trouble being that whatever you turn it into is worse in every way compared to the real thing.

I also have intense disdain for the other 'thrills' this game offers, like DarkRP, but I could write a novella on that ♥♥♥♥.

Play anything else if you have more than $20 to your name... or even if you don't!

A great free demo of an old-school racing game, with loads of customization and decent arcade driving. Besides some performance issues (while running through Proton), I had a good time playing through until I had maxed my rep and had fully upgraded cars. I am especially interested in how the career mode will play when the game releases, given the few choices you are permitted to make throughout the demo-- and look forward to seeing the final product. Don't rush it! You really have something here.

For 2.99, it isn't bad-- it gave me just what I wanted, just not quite enough of it. Took me 65 minutes to clear all 40 levels, and I was only really stumped by two or three puzzles. Fun ride while it lasted... just wish there were a workshop so I could come back for more.

Early Access Review
While I have had an absolute blast playing this game, and it's one of the few games I have where the high hour count is actually somewhat accurate, I just can't recommend it. This game has been in EA for a decade, and I've been playing it at least since 2016, starting on the PS4. Near every major update fundamentally changes something, requiring all prior progress to be reset. And while I'm glad to hear of the separation of crafting skills and perk-related skills, what the hell took this long? Basically the entire time I've played this game on PC, I've had to either increase the XP multiplier or deal with being the sap who has to take all the game-progression related skills. And the crafting times.... oh dear lord, the crafting times! Once you read mid-late game, most of it is just waiting for things to craft. And the quest system is terribly repetitive, and incentivizes (due to the way they work) that you run into the building, clear it, take all the loot, and THEN activate the quest to do it all over again, so you can double the profit. That, alongside some weird things like counting vultures as enemies in a quest, and then having to wait 10+ minutes for the bastard to return home before you can kill him so the quest counts as finished... it just lacks polish that a game this long in development should have. While you can certainly have fun playing this title, I'd give it a hard pass as it seems the devs haven't been able to figure out how it's supposed to play yet. If/When the game releases, and this stuff is dealt with, I'll gladly come back. Until then, I'm just fine with letting it hang out in the library, maybe occasionally checking the updates out. But I won't be spending any significant time between alpha cycles (i.e. 21-22, 22-23) though.

Middle review.
I've only played zombies, and actually had a fantastic time with it! Treyarch should have really introduced the notebook system in their titles, instead of all the convoluted nonsense. Unfortunately, the game size is gigantic for one mode and to no-one's surprise, the DLC is full price for this six year old game. Check it out if you can get it on a steep sale.

Fun, but has the depth of a very basic flash game-- which it is. The points-store items are where this shines-- the filthy console peasants are included!

Watered-down Banjo Kazooie, my favourite childhood game.. Seemed quite promising, but lacks much of the personality and variety the original games had--especially in the moveset. Just play Banjo Tooie or the original, you'll have a far better experience. Music is good though!

I was enjoying it for a while, until I realized that not only does the in-game economy just absolutely suck, but the gameplay is... well, I understand that many people like it (and I did for a while!) but once you have the nice equipment, driving back and forth just doesn't do it for me anymore. I'd rather go out and mow the lawn,

Wide as an ocean, deep as a puddle.
Skyrim is a game with a whole lot, but not much thought involved. Follow arrow. Kill thing. Follow arrow. Go through dungeon. Kill thing. Take loot. Repeat. You are ALWAYS the Dragonborn, and will always do the same things your last character did (at least if you're playing the main story). Because the class and skill system has been reduced to a extremely simple 'perk' system, you can play it damn near however you'd like, whenever you'd like. But it just doesn't make for a terribly engaging experience, especially after you've played through the story once. If you can stand the old look and feel, I'd try TES III Morrowind if you're looking for a proper RPG experience. This is more of a fantasy action/adventure game.

Drinking too much will make Chuck sick.

Whenever your friends go down, run to the nearest trash can and find a spoiled hamburger. That'll pick 'em up.
