Weird and eclectic. I'd like to see more games copy BotW's homework instead of prostituting that game's loop while running a casino in the back.

Should you buy it? Hell if I know, they've JUST added vsync toggle and mouse sensitivity settings as I was writing this. You might buy this game in a year only to discover it's a battle royale or a solitaire clone at this break neck rate of development.

Solid brief throwback title. Only nitpicks I can leverage is the lack of feedback in gunplay and from enemies on death, as well as generally middling weapon sounds.

Definitely advise starting on AT LEAST Dominator difficulty. I don't consider myself anywhere near good at these types of games but if you've played a shooter game before, Normal difficulty will be just trivial. The game also has a habit of showering you with resources which I find more preferable to save scumming and pigeon holing the player into weapon variety through ammo austerity but at a certain after you leave the 20th secret stache the way you found it because you're already full on whichever health/armor/munition it's offering it just gets old.

Only way I can recommend this is if you've already played the sequel and curious about its very-very humble beginnings
