Great execution of a difficult genre, a scientifically well grounded topic made into an interesting and enjoyable game. Be ready to try, try and try again some scenarios, as the game is (quite well modeling the real life) mind bogglingly complex and it's impossible to make everybody happy with the limited resources available.
