Half-Life 2’s story and lore are great, but the gameplay is pretty rough. Enemies barely react when you shoot them, so it feels like you’re just dumping bullets into sponges. Sprinting is way too fast, and you wouldn't need it if the maps were designed differently. Crouching is janky, and the weapon animations look off, especially the reloads, they don’t even change when reloading from empty or mid-mag.


The gun sounds are TERRIBLE, and the way weapons move just looks stiff and weird, especially compared to something like Halo CE, which came out earlier and did it WAY better.


The AI is dumb and basic, even compared to older games like Halo, FEAR, or even the original Doom, where enemies actually had some strategy and felt alive.


Half-Life also does a bad job of telling you where to go and it’s easy to get lost, making some parts frustrating instead of fun. (you cannot tell me you haven't searched up a solution on YouTube)


The textures are ugly and look like someone took pictures of random walls, downscaled it and slapped them in the game. the shadows are blurry, the bloom looks atrocious: the game looks better with it turned off, and everything has this weird yellow tint.


and on top of that they didn’t bother adding effects that already existed at the time, like depth of field, lens flare, ambient occlusion, motion blur, good reflections and cubemaps making everything look even flatter and more outdated..


The "cutscenes" are also awkward, Games like COD4 keep you in first-person but still manage to make them feel cinematic. While Half Life 2 just has you standing around while characters move like robots (the animators didn't even try).


And the story basically boils down to "go here, now go there, oh look, something happens," without much depth to it.


And for people saying it "holds up graphically," it really doesn’t.


Games like GTA V, Watch Dogs 1, Mirror’s Edge, Portal 2, Far Cry 3 & 4, Assassin’s Creed 1, BioShock, and Dead Space all look way better and actually aged well. Half-Life, though? Not so much. Then there’s the community, which is just obsessed with Half-Life 3 despite Valve already addressing that they won’t release it unless they have new tech to show. Instead of accepting this, they keep milking the game forever, playing 50 different mods, making weird character ships, and acting like it’s the greatest game ever when there are way better titles on the market.

Battlefield 4 is simply not playable due to "PunkBuster" issues.
After joining a match, you will be kicked after 3-5 minutes then prompted with a

"you have been kicked by punkbuster 🤓", making it impossible to complete a game. Multiplayer does not function as it should.

Stop selling dysfunctioning games, EA.

Finding a vanilla sandbox server is nearly impossible, 80% of the servers are “DarkRP,” and the rest are full of creeps and retarded people.

The servers themselves are poor and hosted on the other side of the world with only around 130 Ping because they are hosted by the community. And for some reason garry can't buy servers for his own game.


And in addition to that, these servers want you to download 40GB of furry boobs workshop add-ons in order to play. And featuring god knows what unspeakable kinks just to join.

I played Warzone for one ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ minute, and I’m never touching this again. First time playing, and the first thing i see is a popup asking me to buy a season pass for a game i dont even know,

the UI is a complete disaster. There’s so much random ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on the screen, I don’t know what any of it means. What the ♥♥♥♥ is this mess? It’s like they threw every piece of ♥♥♥♥ imaginable at the screen just to overwhelm you.

I drop into the game, and what the actual ♥♥♥♥ am I supposed to do? No instructions, no clear objective, just spawning in the sky until I get killed out of nowhere by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ michael myers. What the ♥♥♥♥ is the point of this game?
