The game is sadly not good. I've played many hours on the other Diablo titles, from a little kid playing D1, to a teenager ignoring homework for that one last Baal run in D2. I even put some good time into Diablo 3 despite its issues. But this game is not Diablo; its a middling action RPG wearing a Diablo skin-suit.

I am by no means a D2 purist; I welcome change and innovation, but this game has none of that. Instead, it waters down a system from D3 (which was already watered down) and replaces a good grind for rare loot, gems, runewards and common items with slots to...just a grind. If thats your thing, by all means enjoy the game. However, there's plenty of ARPGs out there that do what D4 does but better.

Take this review with a grain of salt, but dont say I didnt warn you.

A fun twist on the "Bullet Heaven" genre.

More advanced than Skull and Bones, but a decade older, better looking and cheaper to boot.
