Online is full of cheaters. Rockstar can't make a decent multiplayer game if their life depended on it.

CS:GO Review
Best competitive game that there is. Also the most pro-scene-friendly, i.e. e-sports friendly game in the current market.

I don't think a recommendation is even needed as I am sure any person who has ever installed steam knows what CS is. Plus, it is free to play!!
