Awesome game

The game combines dungeon crawler mechanics with turn-based old school RPG combat, giving the gameplay a retro feel. You'll also encounter different event's during your exploration of the maps, they will work to reveal rooms, handicap enemies, and other effects. Just be careful, failing an event will handicap your robots or generally increase the difficulty of the level.

If you feel that modern titles are losing that tactical combat and vast open worlds that made gaming great, you'll be very happy to learn about Rogue Empire. A turn-based RPG adventure with all the awesome elements of an old-school RPG.

Rogue Empire also uses modern mechanics, such as perma-death, procedurally generated levels, and time-based turns. In the end, the classic RPG adventure becomes more dynamic without sacrificing the open world exploration and complex character customization we love so much about classic RPGs. Star Valor is still in early access, some elements are still under development. Regardless, the game is already pretty fun. It's easy to get lost on those space explorations, although, I will admit some biased considering the theme.
