After playing so far 40hrs of this game so far, I do believe there is work to do, but so has every BF game since launch. Most of the top rated reviews here I share similar criticisms and requests for so I wont repeat them. However the rest of the criticisms here are a mixed bag of people wanting to complain, and people wanting to help... On the one hand you have people who play for 1 hour and cry about lack of features (when 1hr of playtime is exploring one or two breakthrough games), and people who play expecting this to be a direct nostalgia clone from their past BF3/4 days, to the other hand where there are those who genuinely believe in the games potential and point out what can be done.

I wouldn't read much into the reviews here because people are jumping on the train to troll, but in my playtime I'm having a blast. The drifts you can pull on the hovercraft are so fun, helicopters are amazing, nobody still revives. Can't wait to see the direction of the game!

Hands down the best game I've seen come from the Early Access program. The graphics, landscape, sounds, and quest system are on point. Can't wait for the future content releases and see where the game will go.

In general, the game is a great "drop you in, no hand-holding" RPG adventure game. Whether you like to dive into the gameplay, role play, or just casually play with friends, the game constantly has things to do... When you think you've finished a quest, something else crops up to do, always keeping you busy. Awesome!

If you're reading reviews at this point... your friends have already badgered you enough to get it.... Just get the game, you won't regret it :) 10/10 will try to airial and fail again.

I started with TF2 and Gmod with this game-type/idea, and am now always drawn to this dedicated game. Shame this game isn't as popular as it should be however there is always a full server or two at the right times which is awesome. I've recommended to so many friends, its a great party game too, lots of fun.
