Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever received. None of the microtransactions I purchased from the original game have transferred over to this game. I reached out to them on December 13th and received a fairly generic email on the 26th December giving me a step by step process on how to merge accounts, had they read my initial email they would have known this is what caused the issue in the first place.

I haven't heard back since then, The PoE forum is just as unhelpful when I've raised these ridiculous delays in responses, just recycling the same old messages telling me to get in contact with support.

Early positive review to offset all of the brain dead morons leaving bad reviews because they can't play on launch day.

Definitely my favourite horde survival game so far, and I've played a few. I really like the old school Diablo-esque aesthetic of the game.

Rougelite meets Geometry wars. For the price an absolute bargain.

I’ve never left a review for a game but feel the need to do so after putting 450 hours in this one and watching the direction AGS are taking with this game.

Would I recommend it? No, not currently.

It’s such a massive disappointment because at the start I felt the foundations were there for a great game, but they seem hellbent on destroying their own game patch by patch. With every minor improvement they make they’ll bury it in a mound of terrible decisions. There are so many bugs and issues with the game at the moment but the main focus is clearly on timegating absolutely everything in an attempt to increase the amount of time it’ll take to accomplish anything.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see timesavers released in the form of microtransactions in the near future.

Well I got my moneys worth, it was fun while it lasted.
