Can't believe I waited so long to play this. Well worth the money, seriously.

As many of the reviews I read stated, "it is an experience" more than it is a game. Very cool. Mostly story and environmental puzzles but enough interspersed combat to stay interesting. The behind the scenes dev videos are well worth a watch, too.

The most fun I've had with a Tower Defense game in a long time! My only regret is that I wish I'd known about this gem sooner!

Never played this until it hit PC, but this scratched the FF7/JRPG itch I had for a long time. Epic game that is nowhere near as linear as FFXIII. I liken this game more similarly to Chrono Trigger due to the time traveling mechanic (a good thing!) and it adds a lot of complexity and depth to solving puzzles and resolving events. If I were to have any complaints it would be that some elements can be exceedingly grindy trying to farm certain items to level up your party, but it's a minor nitpick at an otherwise amazing game. Honestly with how often there are cutscenes and live action sequences it felt like playing through a movie most of the time.

Minor glitches and bugs aside, this took Darksiders and cranked it up to a whole new level. I've described this game to a few friends as a single player MMO because the world is simply that large and there are so many little hidden things to discover and sidequests to go get lost on. Combat is fast and flashy and moving through environmental obstacles makes you feel like a Ninja but without the frustration of having to perfectly execute jumps between small ledges and walls.

This felt a lot more linear than The Witcher and there are only three major towns / areas to explore. The story has some interesting branch points though and there are four distinct endings as a result of this. Overall still a game I highly enjoyed while awaiting The Witcher 3.

Amazing little game with a good story, beautiful graphics, and an even more beautiful soundtrack. I'm usually not big on soundtracks as I'm apt to just play my own music in the background a lot of times, but this is one of those rares games with music that can be appreciated both in and outside of the game.

Not much of a shooter fan these days but this one got me...If nothing else it's worth playing through on easy just for the story alone.

Early Access Review
Having never played Terraria or Starbound, I feel this game is pretty fun and really represents what an Early Access game should be in my mind. It has a few bugs and quirks but nothing completely gamebreaking. The graphics are polished and the gameplay is entertaining with a surprising amount of depth in the tech tree.

This feels like what I expected (and still haven't seen) from Towns. The devs seem responsive and active too, so I have high hopes this already fun game will become far more fun as they near closer to an initial retail release.

Camera angles can be a bit wonky, but a really great classic RTS / Sim City mix.
