Said this guy was really bad with AWP in a counterstrike match. Like three days later I get a friend request from this steam account "Ernie Suds." This creep somehow found out my uncle's (of all people) Facebook and copied his profile picture and changed his steam account to copy his. I've submitted several support tickets and asked him to stop but he refuses. I am out of ideas. Get help.
