Not really enhanced: bad performance, outdated / buggy textures and a lot of Gameplay bugs. But the FOV Option alone makes it worth it I guess.

One of the best if not the best COD (game-wise).

Sadly it's been left alone by the developers and only receives security updates (very very rarely), so cheaters and modders are almost free to go. It didn't take long until some nasty vulnerabilities appeared that even allow for Remote Code Execution on other player machines in a Multiplayer lobby (some of those flaws still not fixed). You can e.g. easily bypass VAC and play online with a VAC banned account. That's just one of the smaller "exploits" that has been around for years and Infinity Ward does not feel like fixing.

So security-wise this game is a mess but I love the weapons, the maps and the way this game plays. The single-player campaign and coop-missions are definitely play-worthy. You can easily host a private game and play with friends you invite which is a lot of fun.

I recommend playing the Single Player and private online matches.
I do not recommend playing in public Multiplayer lobbies because of the security flaws mentioned.

Positive:
Both offline and online mode are epic and recommendable.
In the online mode I most enjoyed the exclusive heists you can play with your friends or strangers to earn cash for your online character.
In the offline mode you will get a nice storyline with very cool missions, integrated into the open-world environment of this game.

The game (online-mode that is) still receives a lot of content-updates (six years after release) which improve the variety of how you can play this game even after such a long time.

Negative:
- Very long loading times in both modes
- in some cases very laggy and desyncing online sessions (servers)
- horrible main menu (seriously, who made that thing? its a pain to navigate it)
- a lot of modders and cheaters that can do what they want with your character

TLDR:
The game is worth the money and you'll not get bored quickly. Cop it.
