When I saw the announcement of the game I was extremely sceptical and hoped that I'm wrong about it and it's actually okay. To my surprise it's more than okay, it's a proper remake. I loved everything they did, and I think I would say a blasphemy but it improved on the original game as well. For example I've felt the real tactics in fighting enemies, the reason not to engage and a threat from monsters. The puzzles are good tho sometimes it feels like some required pieces for the puzzle to work were intentionally put in some places to be find first.
Still, seeing konami and bloober involved I didn't want to spend money on it because of how konami treats their games and what games bloober did in the past. But after experiencing it and seeing what they actually did this time, I've felt that buying this game was a way of saying "You did this one right" and hopefully they'll take the message.
On the technical side I would mention some cons: it doesn't run good, there are slowdown here and there. There's an input lag that somehow tied to V-Sync, disabling it solves the problem but I get screen tearing instead. Also if you set your game to run on 60fps, the cutscenes still run in 30fps for some reason. Because of that I set the framecap to 30 to avoid inconsistencies.
Overall I can recommend it even if you are a fan of the original and know it by heart, there's still stuff to see in this one.

I'd say this one is one of the best straight to the bone puzzle games. Nothing distracting, interesting challenges and great feel when figuring out a solution. Had really good time with it.

This is just horrible. No fun at all. It feels like this game is designed to make you feel frustrated. Unless you are okay with starting stuff all over again because you pushed something out of order.

Класична гра у новому пакунку. Але ж у якому! Так, тут з’явились пейволи, але то такі дрібні гроші ти шо, швиденько діставай свій гаманець, курво, бо зараз ти будеш мати за ці кошти 365 нових треків у рік, мультиплеер, ще сезонні івенти (4 у рік!). Дідько, ти ще читаєш?! Хутко став та за кермо!

Great game for its value. Had fun and addictive times making chain reactions with zombies.
Tho it's not that I would play is 20 times from the beginning to the end to get the achievement (weird one).

Had doubts about this one when I launched it. But after couple of minutes I loved it. It's a one button game but the amount of fun is noticeable.

Haven't enjoyed games that much in a long time. Love absolutely everything about it.
