For a system as deep as Pathfinder, it's a shame that the launch is so incredibly poor.

As of now, the games been out for two days, and so many people are experiencing crashes nonstop. I've tried to launch the game several times now, with everything tried out. I've done a Windows Update, updated all my graphics drivers, disabled this and that- I've tried everything- and it still crashes on launch

What's even more frustrating is the obfuscation from the development team/community managers. There's nothing on Twitter about what's going on, instead needing to dive deep into the Steam Community archives to find any sort of indication at all.

On the Owlcat website, it asks you to submit a bug report, but doesn't really tell you how to do that. It asks you to submit a "Dxdiag", and then doesn't tell you how to even create that log.

I'm sure that for the people who can play this game, it's a lot of fun, but for an 18 month, 2 million backed Kickstarter, this is nothing short of an absolute disaster of a launch. Cannot recommend.

This game is bizarre. It's simultaneously insanely hard, and horrifically easy. You give the enemies 0.1 extra damage in the difficulty, and they kill you in one hit. You fight a Will-O-Wisp without energy protection on, and you're turned to a piece of bacon in one hit. You get ambushed by a group of Kobolds, and your bear companion eats them for dinner.

The biggest thing I'll take away is this:
I rage quit because I felt it was stupidly unfair. Within 30 minutes, I was back on, because I didn't want the game to win. 5 stars?
