Good Oregon Trail like game with resource management, set in a post-apocalyptic setting, and you run a big truck. Buy things, pick up delivery tasks, get money to buy more things and upgrade, etc. Search abandoned places for various parts to craft equipment for your crew and truck. There's also lil towns on the map you can own, improve, and build up to start producing your own goods and what-not. Pretty casual overall but fun and can easily sink some time into!

Pros:

- Oblivion but Remastered, visually amazing.

- Good QoL Changes including leveling and difficulty. REALLY appreciate the fact that minor skills now contribute to level progress bar at a slower rate and stat increases are just a pool of 12 points you apply during each level up. (Still a max of +5 for an individual stat though)

- Races like Khajit and Argonians actually look good and not play-doh like

- Character creation has more depth to it. Appreciate having a broader color pallette to work with.

Cons:

- Performance indoors is great, but outdoors is where the problem lies and seems to worsen at times depending on where you exit from/fast travel to. As of right now there might also be a memory leak issue as my game was using almost 16GBs of RAM at one point.

- Local Map is now highly not intuitive. Whoever thought zooming in the world map fully, and then hitting zoom once more to bring it up needs to be questioned.

- While the combat itself looks great with the new swing animations, it has it own feeling of janky especially when it comes to the "final" swing of a sword or using a power attack. Definitely takes getting used to.


Overall: I recommend getting it. Performance will be fixed eventually either from official patches, driver updates, or modders doing what they can. Or all three.

I remember when this came out on Xbox. I gave it a shot and just didn't really vibe it at the time. Although that was just me finishing the first mission and just being turned off by the voice acting and just general feel. Decided to give it another go and after putting a few hours into it initially I finally said, "Oh this actually isn't too bad.". Now with 100+ hours into it I can actually say that this is one of the best free-to-play games out there.

I've tried to get into this game a few times now between a few attempts in both PSO2 and NGE. Both times, new player experience is just very jarring and it feels like a lot is just shoved into your face. The UI menus are a cluttered mess and overall gameplay feel just doesn't feel too great. Story just doesn't grab my attention at all and voice acting is subpar. Between the costume gachas and all the female characters, this feels more like some doll dress up game than an actual Phantasy Star game.

100+ Hours and haven't seen anything past Act I. Game is good.

Good game. Controls feel solid and captures the PS1 era of racing games really well.

Paid for it twice, one for me and one for the BF. Had hopes for the game and wanted to support it but with the relaunch being so abysmal, this feels like a giant waste of money now.

Warner Bros looked at Player First and mandated, "There needs to be a plethora of microtransactions and ways to force players to timesink into this game so the numbers look good on paper and the investors, more or less us, will be happy."

I feel so sorry for these devs because they're receiving flak from both the players for being disappointed in the game and it's presentation and Warner Bros for being greedy as all hell.
