Frankly, there’s a lot to like about this game. How it starts and presents itself, the NPCs are cute, level design is great, flying in and out of space is awkward at first, but nice once you get the hang of it. I like the nature of the puzzles as well, how the hint system is integrated into the narrative, although people leaving narrative notes around is kind of a game trope. Lots of exciting discovery moments.

But the ending blows, let’s face it. It’s too annoying to get to. It’s pointlessly long. Worst of all, it has nothing to say about the themes it’s dealing with. I enjoy the questions it asks, but it’s very limited in answers and it shows in how it just throws narrative framing cliches at you at the end to distract you from that. I’m glad to have played it, but if it had just a tiny bit less content, I’d be, well, content.

8/10 from me.

It's a very beautiful game – the art direction is wonderful. However, gameplay-wise, it's just too slow, dull and repetitive, the roguelite system is tacked on and largely demotivating in how it's integrated, the leveling system makes no sense to me and the builds are too shallow. Would have benefited greatly from a more linear storytelling and less pointless grinding.

Was so good. I wish someone made a bigger open-world role-playing game set in the Old West. Sort of like GTA, but with horses, you know. A man can dream though.

so I was about to sell a kidney to fund my costs of electricity and pay my mortgage so I could continue playing without having to go to a JOB or spend quality time with my GIRLFRIEND, but then I stopped playing. it's an incredible game, might even be one of the best games of all time, but I just don't have the 1000 hours needed to find out.

recommending this if you like sandbox type stuff, tinkering, engineering, experimenting, don't have job and/or need an affordable substitute for crack cocaine.

Maybe the side quests could be a little more in depth... Maybe the vehicles could handle a bit more realistically... Maybe stealth weapons could be more plentiful... Maybe the whole camp shouldn't be alarmed when one guy gets stunned in its corner... Maybe hacking could have a few more minigames... But despite that I'm loving the ♥♥♥♥ out of this game. Didn't expect to have so much fun. Story, characters, gameplay, graphics, everything just clicks.

Meh. We can only imagine how great this game could be were it not for Far Cry's formulaic fetch/grind quests, padded skill tree, overpopulated world, unimpactful weapons, bulletsponge enemies and braindead stealth mechanics. It's a beautiful world and the story's okay-ish if a bit too Hollywoody for a 10,000 BC setting, but it becomes dull because of the gameplay loop.

What a great ♥♥♥♥♥♥' game this was. It seemed like it was 50% cutscenes, but those were like watching your favorite gangster film. The ending is heart-breaking, too. If you, like me, play games for the story, you should do this one.

Was one of a kind experience for me – the combination of very minimalistic presentation based on radar-type view and colours, rich albeit text-heavy story and a complex control system figuring which out pays off. Story takes around 4 hours to finish, then there's a ton of exploration left to do, which I chose not to purse. However, I do believe voice acting for the main character in the story would have increased the appeal even further, as sometimes you're reading multiple things on the game's interfaces at the same time. Despite that – definitely recommend it, happy I played.

I like puzzle platformers, but didn't enjoy this one bit. Pointless forced backtracking, poor forced dialogue system, tasteless humor (I like poop humor like that of Behemoth games, but this was just bad), counterintuitive puzzles and the whole game just feels wonky. Couldn't be bothered to finish it, zero enjoyment to be found.
