You have the possibility to get special skills for units if they get experiences and assign special equipment to units, you can have Army effects given by your HQ what is also individual and effected by the HQ experience or the army performance for each campaign.
Overall the game combines a lot mechanics in a new way with innovation how they work together; with the visible balance PS can become one of the best strategy game since a long time.

Funny storyline , low price, pretty graphics, plus environment as a whole. There are no specific goals, and all the actions the player does only for their own entertainment. Will do for early access =)
