My favorite types of games are Anime games and Visual Novel games. The play time that I have on other games are mostly idling for Steam Trading Cards.

I am somewhat a perfectionist, so I always strive to make 100% Completion in every game I play.
If my completion rate is 100%, I am currently not playing any game.
If my completion rate is not 100%, I am currently playing a game.
So while I seem to play lots of games, many of them are just idling to drop cards. The real number of games that I play is the number of Perfect Games as shown below below.
