I'm not a serious CRPG gamer, but this has good tutorials that ease you into the game. It's more complex than Divinity Original Sin 2, but I think if you liked that game you will enjoy this.

I thought this game would be just a sandbox of you fighting whatever units against each other, but i was pleasantly surprised to find the campaign missions a lot of fun and needing certain strategies to win.
