One of the best games this year. As a fan of the genre since the first Commandos games, I'm very glad Mimimi got to revive it, first with Shadow Tactics and now this game. Big recommendation.

Amazing game all around - very immersive, lots of different ways to go about things, lots of secrets to discover. Highly recommended!

An amazing experience with some flaws.

+ beautiful and diverse environments
+ tense atmosphere (be prepared for scary noises)
+ base building
+ little to no hand-holding
- two of the vehicles control sub-optimally
- rendering distance could be improved (one biome especially has a lot of object pop-in)
- insanely long initial loading time
- inventory juggling on long trips and even inside your own base at times

Overall this gets my full recommendation, it is now almost a year since I played and i still think back to some places and want to jump back in.

The kind of game that makes you wish you could play it again for the first time.

+ Plenty of collectibles for completionists
+ Bosses difficult, but fair (I can't believe I'm putting boss fights as a pro)
