Probably one of the most relaxing games I've ever spent 4 hours straight in, just talking to friends and catching silly fish

I first bought TF2 back in 2009 and loved it for many years. So many great memories of coming home from work and spending all night with my friends playing Well, Freight, Badlands, Granary, 2Fort, and Badwater, the original Scream Fortress, and so much more. Back when the biggest controversy was who had a little halo over their heads or not.

The Mac update made the game unplayable on my old potato PC and it would be a few years before I could play again. Then the Meet your Match update dropped and already I knew things were going to go downhill.

Seems that came true, the game's abandoned by the devs and overrun with bots. I can't bring myself to even try playing my once-favourite PVP game anymore, and when I do, I typically just load up a map with TF2's own bots for a round or two just to remind myself why I used to like this game.

I'd use community servers more often, but without my friends with me, it's not as fun, and most games are often steamrolls with stacked teams of tryhards.

There's still some of the old goofiness to be found, sure, but no one ever seems to play for fun anymore, just to win.

Imagine thinking the whole GTAV modding debacle is a good idea for your game.
