then when u have to ♥♥♥♥, take a ♥♥♥♥ our midway ur anus and pull it back in

now try this all in one go whne u have to poo and pee. sit down on toilet ♥♥♥♥ halway and suck it back and with THE MOST GENTLE AND LIGHTEST OF peeing force, piss abit.

give it some goes its hard

now u have distuingished the muscles.

its hard to poo and hold pee but man u can make it easier, ur poop cant be like rock ahrd constipation has to be smooth enough to wher it comes out with barely any force. and remember while u do this poo go slow no need to speedrun the ♥♥♥♥. once u master this u can do vice versa easier
