This is the King of off-road out of all the Spintires games.

The controls, cameras, compatibility with controllers/wheel.

If you want an easier time, more content and care less for realism then grab Snowrunner.

If you want a good challenge, realistic physics and that vibe of back country Siberia/Russia then grab Mudrunner

complete waste of money. it is most certainly NOT worth 10 pounds

Honestly, i had such low expectations on this game. Their OG titles from xbox original/360 days were good fun but subsequent titles have hugely lacked due to the dumbing down of "sim'ish" type physics it was known for back then.

Having tried FM6 and FM7 i was expecting another janky arcade controller based racer, i was wrong. After 2 hours of trying to convince myself than FM8 was just another turn 'n' burn arcade car collector, i sailed passed that 2 hour refund window and found myself really quite enjoying it. I exclusively play "sims" such as Iracing,AC,ACC,RF2,AMS1/2 and so on and found this game to slot inbetween a pCars and AC type feel.

Finding the right FFB settings and setting wheel rotation to 1080 massively factored in and now i have almost 80 hours since purchase.

If like me, you miss the old ps1 days of Gran Turismo, modding used cars and driving for hours on end then you should grab this. Seriously, go in with an open mind, set your wheel up and see.

Simply the best karting simulator out there. Would be even better with some good AI to race against.

Really fun rally game with lots of content and fun to drive physics. - Codemasters did a good job.

However, Its a shame that since EA Introduced kernel spyware "anti cheat" for the deadbeats who hack leaderboard times.. this ruins an otherwise good title. Thanks cheaters and EA once again :|
