Good starting kit to have early on

I've only used the spring shield to pair it with the master huntsman kit. Other shields looked good too.

Truly a Masterpiece!

Combat is way more refined, allowing you to do combos without the worry of getting master strikes often from enemies, which was the main problem on the previous game.

Having three wardrobes is so great, allowing you to change whatever looks/type you want to use (either a fully armored set, a noble-looking outfit, or a stealth outfit). Although annoying to some certain situations where your entire outfit is removed, and have to manually set it again.

Main quests are well structured and very well written, and you'd find it more enjoying with their voice acting, along with how lively the characters are. Side quests and Tasks are quite enjoyable completing it, since some of the quests chained up to main quest/side quest/ tasks, allowing ease on completing it.

Graphics is alright even restricting myself with minimum graphics card requirement (Had a non-RTX card, and had my FPS sit at around 30 to 60 FPS; mostly sits around 40 - 60). Well optimized, and had a smooth experience playing it.

Had few issues whatsoever, like quests from certain NPCs don't go away even completing it, which bugs me off when trying to view the map for any new quests being offered, also had an issue with Kuttenberg Tourney where the next opponent won't stand in the arena and is stuck at the tent waiting for the next tourney gear (had to time skip just to fix this, but is annoying that I had to do that). Also having a lot of saves apparently opens more to crash and slowing down your gameplay (loading, viewing map, or skipping time; had around 700+ saves). Nevertheless, you won't feel inconvenience when playing through.

It's true that the early game can be punishing, but that's pretty much normal. The side quests and tasks are there to improve your stats allowing you to play convenient as you progress.

Random encounters are a bit meh. Not much hostile encounters during my two playthroughs, just friendly interactions with traders, nobles, knights, wayfarers, etc.


Would highly recommend playing this game for those who want to play it!

Enjoyed a single bit of it. Progress was slow due to how difficult the game was at the start, but eventually was just a piece of cake at the middle. Had fun role-playing as a silver-tongued scoundrel soldier at the kingdom of Bohemia.
