SEARCH WARRANT FOR SEARCH OF PREMISES

a constable within the meaning of the Crimes Act 1914 who is the executing officer in relation to this warrant;

And to any other constable whose name is written on this warrant in accordance with section 3C(1) of the Crimes Act 1914, in which event the constable shall be the executing officer in relation to this warrant

an issuing officer within the meaning of section 3E of the Crimes Act 1914, am satisfied by information on oath that there are reasonable grounds for suspecting there is (or will be within the next 72 hours) at the premises located at:

Cerebral Palsy League, 16 Dixon St, Strathpine, in the State of Queensland,

evidential material, as defined in the Crimes Act 1914, which satisfies the following condition namely;
