A mensalidade é extremamente cara, mesmo considerando o vasto arsenal de músicas disponíveis, que são, em sua maioria, músicas aleatórias que ninguem conhece. Além disso, o jogo não possui conquistas na Steam, o que é decepcionante. Para piorar, a Ubisoft retirou os outros títulos do Rocksmith das lojas, continuando sua tradição de tomar decisões merdas com franquias excelentes
