Amazing game by only two developers. There was a lot of love poured into this game with all of its little details, references and such, which one could say is pretty rare in games nowadays. And most importantly, the game is complete.

It was fun going through the game and meeting all the different versions of Mita, they were all unique/distinct despite similar appearances. Going back for 100% completion and reading up all the extra lore was fun too.

Its a 9/10 for me.

I can not recommend this game in its current state.

While PAYDAY 3 has an unpolished core with potential, it is surrounded by a myriad of horrible decisions (the entire progression system) and a severe lack of basic QoL features (i,e unreadying, lobby chat, etc.) that make it very not fun to play. It is evident that there has been a failure to implement/improve upon features from PAYDAY 2 that made it fun to play.

Gun play fun, everything else bad, and everything else matters because that's how you retain players.
