A game with one of the best and most full open world experiences, it is beautiful with a very nice storyline

Using my balls to the wall gaming PC, I do get consistent frame rates, albeit in the 70's. For the rest this game is a solid upgrade to the original. I hope the devs come up with some decent updates for systems that run closer to the recommended and/or minimum specs.
