didnt know a device or natural object that regulates, directs or controls the flow of a fluid (gases, liquids, fluidized solids, or slurries) by opening, closing, or partially obstructing various passageways could release such a little big masterpiece.

this game without dlcs is basically nothing, they hella expensive too
overall gameplay is still kinda enjoyable without them but if u actually want to have a good city you better find a way to get them
