Awful, wonky controls that are at best unresponsive, respawning AI, and an awful opening make this game horrible. You will feel like you accomplished nothing as you kill actual hordes of enemies only for them to respawn, in some cases almost directly behind you, and in most cases in the areas around you. The ending is unsatisfying and leaves no motivation to complete the game. The collectible system is better than Assassin's Creed but still leaves much to be desired, and the use of quicktime commands is unnecessary and poorly coordinated.

Overall, this game is worth it if you enjoyed games like Assassin's Creed or the films, but I would never recommend this game at full price to someone uninitiated into the series.

Company of Heroes 2 is a fantastic World War 2 real time strategy game. All the elements of standard real time strategy with modern, logical combat elements thrown in.

The new mechanics of CoH2 make it a far superior game to the first and to other RTS games. CoH2 is well worth the full price, let alone when it goes on sale for 10 dollars, where you get all the factions.

The mechanics of CoH2 make it such that every faction has several viable commanders. Some players will tell you that certain factions are OP, but this is simply not the case. Every faction has viable commanders and counters to other factions' standard play. Yes, the Americans may have more good commanders in relation to how many are available, but that does not make OKW or Wehr impossible.

10/10 got to kill nazis a lot.
