From the ashes of depravity rises the phoenix of quality. How else to describe The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe? Such a revolutionary step forward in the lineage of one of the most beloved video game properties of all time! The additions and changes made to this expansion will surely resonate in the annals of the history of all media ever made. It is perhaps true to say that no mistakes are forever etched in stone, for the stone into which The Stanley Parable was carved has itself been transmuted, offering a message of hope to those who have ever erred in their judgement. You are not beyond redemption. You may change, and you may become more, so much more than you were before. If there is any message taken from the Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe it is this... What a fortune, a privilege, a joy it is to have had such an experience, it leaves me hopeful that as a community - as a world - there is time for us to become our greatest selves, as great as we ever could dream of in our wildest, most ambitious visions for a brighter future.

It has been a while since I've played a game in one sitting. Sure, Papetura is short, but oh so sweet. The price tag is just right. Excellent music, beautiful visuals. Did I mention the excellent music already? Floex is a brilliant artist, the soundtrack here is almost as good as in Machinarium.

The puzzles have just the right amount of challenge, though I got "stuck" in one of the first ones. There is a tip system implemented, that I had to use in that one puzzle. Felt so stupid that I didn't realize the solution after seeing the tip.

Anyway, an experience that felt good. Just wish it was a little longer, I'm hungry for more. Would recommend getting the soundtrack, or listening to it somewhere.

This is one of the best point'n'click games. Really good art, brilliant music, excellent puzzles. One of my favorite games.

One of the best light roguelikes that I've played, and that's coming from someone who has spent hundreds of hours with ADOM. Sure the game has roots in mobile, but the game is so delightful that I'd pay 5€ anyday for it, the game will surely get more features in the future. I even donated $10 when it was still on android only!

A "choose your own story" type of...story, that you walk through. Doesn't sound much, but it's funny as hell! If you seriously walk to the end just once, you're missing out. The different paths are brilliantly different. This is truly one of the only "games" that makes me laugh that I have in my game collection.

It's a great puzzle game! Playing on a custom Master difficulty setting, everytime you take damage or are noticed, it gives a fail screen. It's fun to sneak in the shadows and try to figure out how to get from point A to point B. There are some split paths, and even if it's not as open as the first Thief games, it still gives room for options. Using only chapter or checkpoint saves gives even a more satisfying tense feeling when a guard walks right next to you and you get sweaty and your pulse starts climbing "Will he see me, will he see me?!".

I've heard that it has some sort of combat mechanic? Don't have anything to say about that, haven't tried it out.

About the story I can say that something that happened in the beginning was interesting enough to find out what exactly happened. Still looking forward for the answers. Perhaps not the most interesting story, but gives something else outside the puzzle elements to look to.

An excellent game! Could use an objective based multiplayer mode, but otherwise really good. I'd spend ~20€ in this.
