Very simple and easy to take care of, recommended to play with a friend. Can be left to run in the back or close the game and it will still work towards progressing your farm.

I took my time reloading the save file about 8 times at the final boss of the tutorial hoping the crit chance gods would smile upon me, so I could get his stupid flaming sword.

Quite the nostalgic trip.

Quite heavy on the computer, but the amount of fun you can have with destroying a building and watching it collapse to the fire, is the most satisfying thing you can do.

After all these years, still one of the best Co-op games out there

If you watched the anime and made it one of your favorites, than this game is for you.
It has the story line of the anime, (Battle of Trost, Female Titan Arc) and has the Survey Missions, simple missons that have you going from point A, to B, C, D and E to help your comrades and complete the misson, and if you complete all the missions you will get your sweet teaser for season two.

All in all, the gameplay is fairly simple, hook behind the titan, zip to him and slice him up, of course the game is going to get harder, forcing you to go farm for materials so that you can get better gear to advance in missions without breaking a sweat, but this turns very repetitive and you need to get materials from specific titans that only show up either once, or not at all.

The controls are messy when it comes to keyboard and mouse, controller is practically a must-need for a game like this.

Conclusion:
The story is much like the anime, it's great and the cutscenes resemble the anime very well and the survey missions are best played with friends, to get as much fun as possible from them.
