Embarrassed to admit how much I'm enjoying this

Genuinely really love this game. Does it have issues, YES. Does it drive me mad sometimes, YES. But there's so many different ways you could play it when it comes to choices. Playing solo and playing with friends is a completely different experience, both very fun.

The enemy AI can get a bit frustrating. They can sometimes shoot you when you're around a corner before they even see you, while having crazy aim from miles away. It's annoying but usually flash bangs and such can be used to help with this. Sometimes they just one shot me. I don't really get it, maybe its a head shot but it's kinda annoying in Ironman mode. The AI teammates can be a little slow, I very often got stuck on the door because they would follow me and once i'd turn back, they would not move out of the way. When you're on your 7th try, trying to get an S and your team is having a group hug while you're going against enemies that can see the future, it's a little tilting i'll be honest. But this could just be me being bad at giving commands to the SWAT AI.

But a bigger issue imo is suspects bugging. I've had a few games where the suspects would just stand and wouldn't go down no matter how much i bash or tase them. And again, if you're trying to get an S, this is a bug that's gonna prevent you from getting it. I haven't found a way to fix it, i usually just restart but it's only happened about 5 times in my 58hrs of playing. If you don't care about an S you can just shoot em down and handcuff.

I enjoy the guns and the realism and I definitely enjoy how challenging it can be.

I mean it runs but the ultimate collection (which was free) runs a lot better with a few fixes made by the community. It also can't seem to run 1440p properly. I do recommend playing it windowed (which you can do by right clicking the game in your library, click properties, and type -w in launch options) because there's a chance you'll be locked out if you tab out.

What they've done is made it run on windows 10/11 but nothing else is different so don't expect any quality of life changes or windowed borderless. It is just classic sims 2.

BUT if it's your first time playing and you don't really care or you just want to play without dealing with many fixes, it's good enough. Just not worth the money when you can have it for free imo

Such a good game let down by poor optimisation. It's playable but not pleasant.

if you like stardew valley or animal crossing, definitely give this a go

takes a lot for me to complete a game once and go back for a new game+, but even after getting all endings i still want to play more

boyfriend dropped stolen arrows for me without my knowledge and i went to pick them up

the music is so good

love it when they dance around naked and then dilly dally around for a day
