I think they could have done more with this game. I beat it in less than 5 hours of total gameplay and only died 12 times. I enjoyed digging around and all, and some of the puzzles were interesting but it could have gone more in depth (no pun intended, well maybe a little). The mines are all attached in a downward direction and you are collecting gems and then cashing them up to level up your digging, health, stamina (steam processing). The upgrades just come really fast and before you know it the whole game is over. You aren't really exploring and finding anything special, just uncovering more of the same in whatever section you are in. The difficulty scales with the upgrades you get, so it never gets too hard, but it wasn't that difficult.

Overall I would say it is worth it if you find it on sale or in a bundle.

This is one of the best 3rd person puzzle type games since Portal. Though in the case of Antichamber the rules change as you are playing. Things aren't always what they seem. As the game progresses you gain new skills and start to control your environment more but then you are left with tricky puzzles using those new skills.
The gameplay is non linear and you end up discovering new things in parts of the game you gave up on earlier on.

Thanks to this game I have been playing more guitar than I have in a decade. It is a great starting point, and if you keep at it you can learn some songs plus the various techniques.

Performance is much better than the original Rocksmith, and the arcade games are better. Plus, it adds session mode to jam and practice scales along with a backing band.
If you have the original you can unlock the content in the new game as well, including the older DLC.
