Finally finished the game, so review time.
Again they have put together a cool story, with interesting new critters to interact with and new enemies to fight.
The new environments also look amazing.
I love Arlo and the throwback to the frog wars and of course king Redgi still playing his part.
For any fan of the previous game it is definitely a must play.
They improved on most aspects of the first game, with everything feeling much smoother.

The only thing that was a bit of a negative to me, was the combat with the new elemental system.
It basically boiled down to having to constantly switch armor and weapons to match the strengths and weaknesses of the enemy and farming resources to max out the upgrades. Mixing elemental resistances wasn't really needed and actually quite difficult to figure out, with not much comparison option in the inventory screen.
I understand them trying to add new systems to the combat and it is a step in the right direction, but it needs some more fine tuning to actually remain fun.

All in all, I would recommend the game and hope they will continue developing games in the tails of iron world.

Tails of iron is an awesome game, the combat is punishing and definitely requires strategy but you have enough save points to learn from your mistakes without being too frustrating. And the story is very good, really immersing you in the world and wanting to play more. Not the longest game, but definitely worth the money. Hope they make a sequel.

Great game to play, especially fun if playing together with friends.

A brilliant game with an amazing soundtrack.
The puzzles you solve in the game are not annoyingly difficult or easy.
Through the collectables you acquire during the game you learn a lot about the first world war, which is really cool.
Also the game is a rollercoaster of emotions, you will feel happy, sad, relieved and angry.
And you will most definitely cry. This is the first game to ever make me cry.

I recommend buying it to everyone.

Knights and merchants is an awesome game.
It is a great combination between building en fighting.
The singleplayer campaign itself is also fun although challenging at times.
Together with friends it is even more fun, just remember to download the KAM remake mod in order to play online.
It is as fun as it ever was. And it is definitely worth it's price.

Really awesome game. The atmosphere is amazing and it is a great sequel to metro 2033. Definitely worth buying.
