Here in my secret base, just developed this new Metal Gear here. It’s fun to drive up here in the Afghan hills. But you know what i like more than materialistic things? Language. In fact, I’m a lot more proud of these 32 new vocal chord parasite strains that I had to develop to learn more languages. It’s like the major David Oh says, “This world will become one-- I have found the way”.

Now maybe you’ve seen my MSX talk where I talk about how I make a parasite strain a day, You know, I develop a strain a day not to show off, again, it’s about the language. In fact, the real reason I keep this Metal Gear here is that it’s a reminder. A reminder that dreams are still possible, because it wasn’t that long ago that I was in a small village, on fire and being trampled. I didn’t have much of my old life left, I had no future ahead of me.

But you know what? Something happened that changed my life. I bumped into Major Zero. And Dr. Clark. And Donald Anderson. I became commander of XOF. And they showed me what they did to become cunning strategists. Again, it’s not about GMP, it’s about uniting the world; every man will recognize his neighbor, people will swallow their pain, they will link lost hands, and the world will become one. And so I record a little conversation, it’s actually on a table in OKB Zero, you can put it in your Walkman, and it’ll play a conversation with Major Zero where I share my reasons for taking control of Cipher. Reasons that you can take to heart when planning your own betrayal.

Now this isn’t a “get revenge quick” scheme. You know, like they say if things sound too good to be true they are too good to be true. I’m not promising you that tomorrow you’re gonna be able to go out and develop a Metal Gear. But what I am telling you is that it can happen faster than you think if you know the proven steps. So, I record a little two minute recording on a cassette. Like I said, now it’s not the most professional; I just made it here with my XOF iDroid, but it’s real. Nobody can argue, this is my true story. And I’m going to give you the three most important ideas you can meditate on. So find the cassette, go to OKB Zero, it’s completely empty and it’ll only be quick deployment. Invest in yourself. Never be game over. Don’t be a cynic. Okay, people hear recordings like this and they say “Boss, I never expected Skull Face to say these things. He really was insane.”

Don’t listen, don’t listen. Be an optimist. Like, The Boss, the mother of special forces, said that she was only 39 years old when she was sent into orbit, and that experience changed her life. Granted, she suffered serious burns, but if history is any indication, being set on fire can change your life. Like with me, and Colonel Volgin. In that orbital experience, The Boss said she saw a united Earth with no borders, no communism or capitalism. If you’re a cynic like Kazuhira Miller, if you’re a pessimist, you don’t need to hear that cassette. Don’t worry about it, I don’t need to have you listen, it doesn’t count for 100%. But if you’re finding yourself doubting in The Boss, that peace isn’t possible, I will tell you, it is possible. Maybe it’s not through constructing a Metal Gear, maybe it’s having a community picnic, settling a schoolyard fight, resolving tension in your family.

Maybe it’s a militaristic lifestyle like Big Boss, travelling the world, doing those things you know you’re destined to do. You can do those unless you understand finances. GMP, I don’t use GMP anymore. I have parasite units. You must have enough parasite units to live out The Boss’ dream (like I am), and to live out your destiny (being killed by me).
